The Green Bay Post Office is hosting a job fair Wednesday through Friday, June 19 – 21, 10 am – 5 pm, according to a press release from the United States Postal Service.
The job fair will take place at the Green Bay Main Post Office Lobby, 300 Packerland Drive.
The U.S. Postal Service currently has job openings across the Lakeland District, which covers most of Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Attendees will meet postal officials, who will provide firsthand information and descriptions of job openings that are currently available and need to be filled. Computers will be available for potential applicants to submit their applications online. This event is free and open to the public.
Lakeland District is accepting applications for:
- City Carrier Assistant (CCA)
- Rural Carrier Associate (RCA)
- Tractor Trailer Operator (TTO)
- Mail Handler Assistant (MHA)
- Assistant Rural Carrier (ARC)
- Motor Vehicle Operator
- Postal Support Employee (PSE)
- Postmaster Relief (PMR)
- Automotive Technician
The Postal Service employs close to 15,000 people in the Lakeland District.
Entry level positions include training and can lead to long-term careers within the Postal Service. There are numerous vacancies available now and more coming soon. This is an excellent opportunity to work for the most trusted government agency in the country.
Postal officials with work experience in the jobs available will assist applicants by answering their questions and helping them find the right position that aligns with their career goals and skills.
